Our vision is that everyone should be able to easily immortalize their recipes with our help. We who run ReceptPoster.se are experienced designers. Our professional pride is reflected in your posters. Quality is important to us and you as a customer must always be 100% satisfied. Your poster is designed, printed and shipped from Sweden on matte FSC-marked premium paper for the best quality and durability.

How do you order a poster?
 It's very simple, you don't need to be able to design, we'll do it for you!

  1. Enter the design you like best.
  2. Choose dimensions and number of posters.
  3. Fill in the title, ingredients and instructions in the form, there is more info at some fields if you click on the i with a circle around it.
  4. Fill in any requests for us. If you have chosen a design with an illustration, you can choose how it should look. We design your poster so that illustration and recipe are connected <3.
    You can also write that you want the poster in different colors than the example.
    We will contact you if anything is unclear.
  5. If you want, you can get a free preview to your email before the poster goes to print, so you can ask for any changes.
  6. Proceed to checkout.
  7. If you chose a photo template, email us your photo and enter your order number.

Can one order one of the example recipes?
Absolutely! Write it in one of the fields in the order form and write, for example, heyheyhey in the other fields (as they require a minimum number of characters for you to proceed to Buy.). It's also fine to chat with us or email us.

What kinds of recipes can I submit?
Whichever you want! Here comes some inspiration; A parade dish, A Christmas tradition, Dad's best pasta, A travel memory, Health smoothie, Wedding menu, Children's first course, A classic summer cake, A secret recipe, A recipe for success, A traditional drink, The office buns, The recipe for the perfect yoga session... There's how any number of recipes and anything is possible!

Does it matter how long or short the prescription I submit?
We design all posters manually to ensure it looks nice. If your recipe is long we will make the text a little smaller, if the text is short we can make it a little bigger. We take care of all that so you don't have to think about it. In extreme cases, we will contact you so that we have the same vision about your prescription item.
How much does shipping cost?
SEK 69 for your entire order, regardless of the size and number of items.
SEK 99 within the EU. Contact us if you want to order outside the EU.

How do I pay?
Fast and safe with card or Klarna. If you choose Klarna, you can pay now or later.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Absolutely! Check your junk mail if it hasn't arrived. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you.

How is my prescription item delivered?
You will receive a tracking link to your email when we have sent your order. Via the link you can see where your posters are located. Your posters are carefully packed with durable packaging and sent from us 2-4 days from the purchase. When your order has arrived at your delivery point, you will receive an SMS or email with information about delivery point and tracking number.

Can I buy another frame?
We are working on it! Feel free to sign up for our newsletter and you will receive our news as soon as they are released. Until then, you can find suitable frames at, for example, Clas Ohlson or Ikea .

What about right of withdrawal?
If you buy gift cards or t-shirts, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you buy a personal poster, it looks different: because the poster is specially made with your personal recipe, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold. However, you always get a free preview so that you feel satisfied before we print your poster.
Should it happen that there is something wrong, such as a typo caused by us, or that it does not meet your expectations, you are of course entitled to a new one, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us and we will help you!

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
 We put our whole soul and professional know-how into making your personal recipe record. You as a customer are important to us and you must be satisfied with your order. We therefore always provide a satisfied customer guarantee.
This means that you get a preview to approve before we print your poster. There you have the opportunity to make changes and proofread your recipe in peace and quiet. After any corrections, you will of course get an updated preview to look at. When you feel completely satisfied, we print your poster and send it home to you.
