General conditions
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via Receptposter.se and related pages, ("Webshop"). Agreement is concluded between you and Receptposter.se , Studio & Stuff AB organization number 559458-3741. (" Receptposter.se "). Detailed contact details and other information can be found on the Webshop. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the Webshop.

Copyright
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the image and text you provide us with for the purpose of manufacturing the product does not violate the law, morals or ethics. You are similarly responsible for ensuring that images and text do not infringe on someone else's copyright or other rights. Should you upload an image or text that causes Reseptposter.se to be held liable for damages, you must alone take on all process and liability for damages.
We reserve the right to refuse or change your order if we have reason to suspect that the image or text you have provided us infringes on someone else's copyright or violates another law.
Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@receptposter.se
If something is wrong in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to info@receptposter.se.
Delivery
We aim for you to receive your delivery within 3-5 working days, but as we use subcontractors to print and deliver your order, the delivery time may vary.
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you must contact us at the e-mail address: info@receptposter.se.
Once your order has been shipped from the printer, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. The packages are delivered to the nearest delivery point. When the package is ready to be picked up, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of withdrawal and exceptions to the right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, among other things, to custom-made products, which have been adapted especially for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. This means that you have no right of withdrawal when purchasing our printed posters with customized content.
When exercising your right of withdrawal
You must notify us that you regret it within 14 days of receiving the item. The message must be sent to us at info@receptposter.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us as soon as possible and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. As a customer, you choose how you want to return your item and bear the risk until the item reaches us. You will be refunded when the item has been received by us.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
When changing the size of T-shirts
Place a new order with your desired size, and use the right of withdrawal for the t-shirt you wish to return (see above).
Claims and complaints
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent to us immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@receptposter.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. Attach a clear picture of the defect.
If we are unable to remedy the fault or supply an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Age limit and restrictions
To be able to order on Receptposter.se, you must be 18 years old, not be under guardianship, or act in the capacity of a company, and have a delivery address in Sweden. Receptposter.se , in accordance with Swedish law, also does not accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. Receptposter.se reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment objections).
Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
Manual adjustment of design template
When you buy a personal poster from Receptposter.se, the designers of Receptposter.se adjust your recipe so that it fits into the design template chosen by you. This means that the degree of the text can both increase and decrease in order to fit the right number of characters and look as good as possible. This can also mean that margins, images, design elements and the like change position in the layout. We reserve the right to adjust your poster in the way we consider to be the best visual result. Every purchase includes a free preview so you are completely satisfied before we print your poster.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
